Dr. Ashok Prem, the Head of the Department and Associate Professor at the School of Law, RNB Global University in Bikaner, is a seasoned academician with over two decades of teaching experience across state and private universities, colleges, and coaching institutes. His extensive knowledge is reflected in his ability to organize national and international moot courts, mock parliaments, mock United Nations sessions, seminars, conferences, and legal aid and legal literacy camps in rural areas.
Specializing in constitutional law and mercantile law, Dr. Prem holds a diverse educational background, including a B.Sc. in Bio, LL.B., NET, SET, and dual Master's degrees in Law (LL.M.), focusing on Constitutional Law and Mercantile Law. He has successfully completed his Ph.D. from M.G.S. University, Bikaner, and has presented 15 papers in various national and international conferences and seminars. Notably, more than 10 of his papers have been published in reputable national and international journals, including Scopus, UGC-Care, ISSN, and others. Currently two scholars are doing Ph. D under his guidance.
